Three Downtown Locations
In The Plaza,
Music will be running throughout Saturday and
Sunday featuring popular professional bands, drum masters,
church choirs, high school and community choruses. The music’s
purpose is to inspire everyone toward a more expanded sense of
friendship and caring. Vendors, information tables and some food
sales will be on-site Saturday as well.
The Government House
is the ideal venue to host this year’s Interfaith Forum,
Community Panels and Discussions. Just as the founders of our
First City discussed the current issues of their day, the Forums
will share potential and possibility for peace in our world.
The Art Association
will display a Juried Art Exhibit of local artists’ paintings
and other mediums that represent unity and peace, and films will
be shown that invoke new possibilities for peace in our world.
