Annual Pledge Program
The annual Pledge Program generates the funds necessary to operate
our Center. That includes paying our staff, renting our building,
providing water and electricity for our members and visitors,
keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter, supporting the
many programs we offer, and all the other requirements of operating
our church.
The Pledge Program provides us with a way to practice one of the
basic spiritual laws of the universe—the law of giving and
receiving. Ernest Homes taught that what goes out must come back and
we must sow the seeds to reap the harvest. Planned giving through
the Pledge Program is the planting of a seed with an immediate
harvest of financial stability for the Center for Positive Living.
To encourage each member to participate in the law of giving and
receiving, we have combined our Membership form with our
Pledge form. The “Annual Member Commitment- 2008” form is
