There is one Energy that flows through life. It is our substance,
our source, our cause and effect. With a breath I melt into this
Energy within myself and all members of my group….and we are now one
with that which sets us free.
Pause for a moment in this realization.
The freedom of God is flowing through every person in my group, and
I affirm that each one goes for the whoosh of energy that signals
this is me, this is my heart, and this is my love.
They know they are one with the dazzling beauty, life-changing love,
and side-holding fun of the One Energy. I affirm they turn from any
habit of thought that would work with the past and instead give
their energy to asking Spirit within what will take their life to a
higher level.
They create anew from the depth and freeing truth of their being.
They create health and abundance, fresh ideas, and new results, for
themselves, for friends and family, and for our world.
Thank you Indwelling Creative Process for the freedom and greater
life that each person in my group lives today.
And so it is.
