THOUGHTS ON LOVE
Love is a many splendor thing. It has facets of light,
brilliance and magnificence. As this is the month of valentines and
expressions of love, I would like to focus on this quality of
Spirit. In the Science of Mind glossary, Ernest Holmes states that
Love is a synonym for God. We are also told in The New Testament
that "He that loveth not, knowth not God; for God is Love. Love is a
cosmic force whose sweep is irresistible." We see the Love principle
taking its various forms of Goodness and Wholeness as it shines
through us and we co-create with its expression. The quality of Love
permeates our whole being and our hearts swell with gratitude for
the precious awareness that continues to open us to greater
enlightenment. God's Love surrounds us with its warmth and glowing
presence. Spirit as Love comes from the core of our being and we
express it in clear and precise thoughts, words and actions. The
result is demonstrated in love and kindness to ourselves and all
others. To quote Ken Keyes, "love everyone
unconditionally...especially yourself". We see us co-creating with
Spirit as we release these words into the universe by saying "thank
you to Love"!
